missingWrote a review on 20 Novspacious roombeautiful groundsoverpriced dining
The room was spacious and comfortable, located in an external former coach house block. The setting and grounds impressed with their beauty.
The dining experience fell short, with the food being overpriced and lacking quality. Highlights included overcooked lamb and rubbery gravad lax. Breakfast was merely table service, leading to awkward moments, and the overall atmosphere felt more stuffy than luxurious.

Staff were competent and responsive, rooms were airy and equipped with garden view, a patio outside, as for instance. The staff helped us with bags. The location was peaceful, extremely close to old town.

the wine prices were disappointingly high.

The Chateau in Courcelles-sur-Vesle offers an very nice experience. The staff stood out as professional and attentive throughout our stay. Our room felt spacious with a beautiful view overlooking the village, with modern fixtures like a powerful rain shower and a comfy king-sized bed. I appreciated the Nespresso coffee machine and the charming welcome cake. The dining experience was a highlight. Fine dining at its best in a fine setting. Each dish, including the Michelin-really good Bresse chicken, was delicious. The breakfast felt inconsistent, especially considering its steep price of 25 euros. Service during dinner took longer than expected, and the wine prices seemed rather steep compared to the market. Despite these minor inconveniences, the beautiful grounds and the Chateau's charm were great.
